(3M, 1W, with double casting). MONA LISA is the story of Leonardo da Vinci, who while working on the titular painting, falls in love with its sitter, Lisa del Giocondo. When an emissary from the government demands that da Vinci do a propaganda painting to please the Pope, Leonardo finds himself caught between the city of his birth and the woman he loves.

1000 MILES
(2M, 2W with doubling) 1000 Miles, based on the 1860 public domain memoir Running a Thousand Miles for Freedom, is the true and daring escape from slavery by the married couple Ellen and William Craft in 1848. So their unborn children will not be born as slaves, Ellen impersonates a white male and pretends to be William's master as they travel 1000 miles by public transit (ship, rail, and carriage) trying to gain their freedom in Boston.
